Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wyren ("Wyren", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using Wyren, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wyren. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Wyren to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or bypass rate limits or authentication.
- Resell, sublicense, or mirror the service without written permission.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload and content you generate on Wyren. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service. We do not train models on your private content without explicit opt-in.
4. Third-party models
Wyren orchestrates third-party AI models (e.g., Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, Kling). Your use of those models is also subject to the respective provider's terms. Output quality, availability, and safety behaviors are controlled by those providers.
5. Credits, billing & refunds
Credits are non-transferable and do not expire unless otherwise specified. Unused credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, disrupt the service, or create legal risk. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
7. Disclaimers
Wyren is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generations will be accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyren's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
