This Privacy Policy explains what information Wyren ("we", "our", or "us") collects, how we use it, and your rights over it. For details on the cookies we set, see the Cookies page.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, authentication provider (Google or email/password), and any profile information you provide.
- Workflow data: the nodes, connections, prompts, and generated outputs you create on the canvas.
- Usage data: credit balance, job history, and aggregated performance metrics used to operate the service.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent, and cookies necessary for session management and security.
2. How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Wyren service.
- Process generations through third-party AI providers on your behalf.
- Bill credits and prevent abuse.
- Communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
3. Third-party model providers
When you run a node, the relevant prompt and inputs are sent to the selected AI provider (e.g., Google, ElevenLabs, Kling). Those providers process the request under their own privacy policies. We do not share identifying information with providers beyond what is required to execute the request.
4. Storage & security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security) and generated media is stored in Cloudflare R2. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, scoped service roles, and least-privilege access controls.
5. Training
We do not use your private workflows, inputs, or outputs to train our own models. We do not share your content with third parties for training purposes.
6. Your rights
You may:
- Access, export, or delete your account data from your settings.
- Opt out of product analytics emails at any time.
- Contact us at privacy@wyren.dev to exercise GDPR / CCPA rights.
7. Children
Wyren is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes
We will notify you of material changes to this policy by email or in-product notice at least 14 days in advance.
